Being a student in Nottingham is great. We hope you will spend some of the most special years of your life here. We would love for you to become a part of our church family here at Beeston Free Church while you study and maybe beyond!
We hope that at Beeston Free Church you can find a home from home, where you can be transformed by the Word of God, serve and be served by the church family, and reach out to the world around us with the gospel of Jesus Christ. You are welcome to either of our morning services, meeting at 9.30am or 11.30am as well as to our evening service at 6.30pm.
Below are just a few of the main ways that you can find your feet with us here:
the epilogue is a group for students and young workers that meets together on a Sunday after our evening service. We meet to encourage and challenge each other to live our Christian lives. We eat together, learn together and pray together.

Sunday, after the evening service at the church building
‘Rooted’ is a mid-week group for any students who are not involved in a CU small group, whichever uni you are at. Meeting every Wednesday to eat together; then one Wednesday a month the students join with the rest of the church family to pray, the other Wednesdays there will be small group Bible studies for students. You can find out more about Rooted by watching this trailer…
Rooted re-starts on Wednesday 1st February.
Wednesday 7pm at the church building
We organise regular weekends away. The next weekend away is scheduled to take place from 27th-29th January 2012.
We are committed to supporting the local university Christian Unions at the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University. We also work closely with UCCF. You can link through to the University CU and the UCCF web sites here.
