Easter is a time to celebrate!  

As Christians we believe that Jesus is not just an historical figure who lived and died and did some good in the world.  We believe that Jesus, the Son of God, died but then rose again, and is alive today.

Jesus himself said:

“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”

We’re going to celebrate this amazing news, and look into what implications that has for us today.

Easter Sunday Fun Morning:

9.30am: Doors open for breakfast – sausage and bacon rolls, pastries, fresh fruit and tea and coffee.  There’ll be craft and games and an Easter Egg Hunt too!

10.30am-11.30am: We’ll be gathering together to sing songs, hear the Bible account of the first Easter, and hear more about what that means for us today.  A creche for under 3s will be provided.
