Who are we?
The Bible says that the church is a body, made up of many parts. This is reflected in our church family, which is made up of people of all ages from many different parts of the world. We are united by our faith in Jesus and would love to welcome you among us.
As a group of people who love Jesus, we want to obey his command to ‘go and make disciples of all nations.’ Our priorities are:
- Reaching out. The good news of Jesus Christ is something to be shared! We’re active in sharing our faith with people in our local community, other parts of our country and our world.
- Building up. The Christian life is not to be lived out in isolation, but in community. As we meet and share our lives together we want to help each other to love Jesus and others more.
- Sending out. Every Christian has a part to play in obeying Jesus’ command. We want to encourage & train every Christian here to use their God given gifts in His service.
We’re convinced that God speaks to us through his Word the Bible and this equips us to serve Him.
We therefore place a particular emphasis on studying the Bible together, right across church life.
Statement of faith
Pastoral Care
At Beeston Free we are committed to loving and caring for each other; something we believe is the responsibility of all church members not just the church leaders. To help us in doing this we have a pastoral care group.
The role of the pastoral care group is to complement and promote pastoral care given by the church ministers and the wider church. The group offers care and practical support for all the church family and seek ways to enable us all to care better for each other.
The Pastoral Care Group can be contacted via the church office using the contact form.
